When we're open
Drop-off windows
Last drop-off is 3pm for safety reasons. Grooming check-in starts at 9am; for training, please arrive 15 minutes before your session.
Before your pup's first day
These apply to daycare, grooming and training. On day one, please bring your town registration and all vaccination records.
Safety waiver
Every owner signs our safety waiver before attending daycare, training or grooming.
Vaccinations
Rabies (1 or 3 year), Distemper (1 or 3 year) and Bordetella every 6 months. Cats need rabies and distemper.
Town license
Under Ollie's Law, your dog must be registered and licensed with your town.
Three collar tags
Rabies tag, town tag, and your dog's name and address — an engraved tag or embroidered collar, within one week.
Spay / neuter
Daycare dogs 6 months and older must be spayed or neutered. Puppies under 6 months are exempt.
Your records, kept private
We keep paper and Doggie Dashboard files. Customer information is always kept private.

We love giving tours. They're by request, and limited during daycare hours.
