Our story

An old barn, rebuilt for play.

Red Barn was created for one reason: to give every pet and pet parent the care and support they deserve. We spent years searching for the right home in Billerica and found it at 475 Boston Road — a classic barn from the 1800s, renovated into a clean, modern playland.

We're not posh. We just believe dogs should get to be dogs, surrounded by people who know them — including an AKC dog judge, socialization specialists and an accredited trainer.

Drop-off windows

Quarter-hour drop-offs at 7am, 9am, 12pm & 3pm — last drop-off 3pm for safety.

Grooming check-in from 9am. Training: arrive 15 minutes early.

Before the first visit

Getting your pup ready.

Every dog is vetted before joining the pack — it's how we keep play safe for everyone. Bring your town registration and vaccine records on day one.

Vaccinations

Rabies and distemper (1- or 3-year accepted) and Bordetella every 6 months. Cats: rabies and distemper.

Town license

Per Ollie's Law, dogs must be registered with your town and licensed.

Three collar tags

Rabies tag, town tag, and an ID tag or embroidered collar with name and address (within one week).

Spay / neuter & waiver

Daycare dogs 6 months and older must be spayed or neutered. Every owner signs a safety waiver.
