Red Barn Doggie Daycare and Grooming located at 475 Boston Road in Billerica, Massachusetts was created for one single reason - to provide all pets and pet parents the services, care and support they need and deserve. Since being established we proudly serve Billerica and the Merrimack Valley and continue to open our doors every day with a smiling team. Take a look throughout our site to learn more about all that we offer. At Red Barn Doggie Daycare we want the dogs to be dogs. Our building is a classic barn from the 1800's renovated into a modern clean playland for your pups. We use durable horse matting floors which are cleaner and not painted with harmful chemicals. We have a complete ventilation system to maintain a constant indoor temperature and our dogs are allowed in and outdoors with our beautiful, attached yard with premium astro turf.  We maintain clean standards above the rest to make sure  your pup is in a safe clean environment. All Dogs are well vetted before attending to daycare because of our high standards we are able to mix small dogs with larger dogs to reduce the stress of separating the dogs. We found that dogs are dogs meaning that small dogs love larger dogs and larger dogs love smaller dogs. All Staff are adults who are experienced and well trained CPR certified with over 40 combined years of experience working with dogs.

Requirements

Before attending daycare, training or grooming each person must sign safety waiver.

Ollies Law requires all dogs to be registered with the town you live in and must have dog license.  3 set of tags should be on your dogs collar which is rabies tag, town tag and dogs name and address.

Red Barn Doggie Daycare proudly uses Doggie Dashboard and keeps a file system both electronically and paper.  Files kept on paper must include on first day, the town registration and all vaccinations. Electronically we keep files with up to date vaccination's records along with customer information. 

All customer information is private however dog information is public.

Dogs must be fully vacinated.

Vaccines must include- rabies, both one year and three year are accepted.

Distemper, both one year and three year are accepted.

Bordetella, every 6 months.

These vaccinations are required for all services within Daycare, Grooming and Training.

Cats must have rabies vaccination and distemper.

All Dogs for Daycare must be spayed and neutered. (puppies up to six months) are exempt. 6 months are older must be neutered.

Pet Identification- Every dog in daycare is required to have identification on their collar (either an engraved tag or embroidered collar within one week of attending daycare.

Check in- 7am-9am full days

7am-8am Half days (7hrs) 7am-1pm

12:45pm- 6:45pm (7hrs)

Quarter Hours-7am,9am,12pm,3pm last drop off is 3pm for safety reasons.

Check in for grooming starts at 9am

Check in for training is 15 minutes before training starts.

Tours... We encourage and love tours, we give tours by request and because of insurance reasons. Only limited tours will be conducted during daycare hours.
